No two orders are the same. We talk to you, learn how your family eats, and design the cut sheet so every pound gets used. Most freezer beef gets wasted. Ours doesn't.

$300 quarter, $500 half, $1,000 whole. We'll invoice the remaining balance once the animal is harvested, splitting the expense into manageable chunks.
You get a date and we handle everything. The beef is dry-aged for 14-21 days at Raber Packing Co. to maximize tenderness and flavor before vacuum sealing.
Organized by box, ready to load in your car. Pay the processing fee directly to Raber, or ask us about our local delivery options.
