The Classic T-Bone Steak is exactly how it sounds: CLASSIC. You can never go wrong with a good T-bone. A T-Bone steak has a “T-shaped” bone with meat on either side of it. The cut is taken from closer to the front of the animal, so it has less tenderloin than a Porterhouse cut. However, that doesn’t take away from any of its flavor.

The best way to prepare a T-Bone steak is medium-rare or medium-well. This temperature will allow the steak to retain all the natural juices and flavor. The rest of the preparation is up to you! Make a marinade with garlic, butter, salt, and pepper. Add whatever other seasonings you want. You can pan-sear the steak for the necessary time to get a good medium-rare crisp on the outside. A T-Bone steak is great for a romantic dinner for two.
