When you put a deposit down for a beef share, we will contact you within 24 hours to set a date for delivery. When you purchase a quarter cow beef share you get more than just the meat, you get a consultation with your personal farmer to help better understand the process. He will advise which cuts work best for your family given his extensive experience. He is your resident expert on local farming, you'll have his number so feel free to text him for a recipe or for questions on where to source the best local food.

Your Farmer will deliver your half beef to your door and even put it in your freezer if you'd like!

Vacuum Sealed Processing is included in the pricing.

A quarter beef share will have approximately 135# of processed beef .

"Does the price include processing?"

If we deliver your quarter we will pay for the processing and pass that cost to you upon delivery. If you choose to pick up at Raber Packing Co. you can pay them there. *Pro Tip- There is a discount at Raber's for paying with check or cash! 

How much is delivery? 

Our delivery cost for bulk orders is .75/ mile round trip.

Yes! Our beef shares can go quickly, so to ensure you will get your beef share, contact us today and we will save you a beef for the month you will have room for one.

What cuts do you get?

The cuts are customizable, so you can choose what you'd like or don't want.

Here are the steaks you can expect: Ribeyes, New York Strips, Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignons, Sirloins, Flanks, Skirts, Flat Irons, Chuck Eyes, Denver, Sirloin Tip, and by special request, T bone and Porterhouse.

Other cuts can include: Beef Short Ribs, Beef Roasts, Tenderized Round Steak, Pre-Sliced Fajita, Kabob or Stew Meat, Osso-Bucco, and Ground Beef. Patties and beef sticks are available for an extra charge.

The remainder of the payment will be is due upon animal harvest, typically 2 -3 weeks ahead of when it is ready for pick up.
